- General service call to perform diagnostic/basic repairs. No start. No communication with ecm. found that the power supplied from the bcm to the run relay was shorted out in the fuse panel. cleaned up wires wrapped damaged wires and installed fuse panel. vehicle starts now but the radio and ac controls no longer work. additional shorts in wiring harness are suspected. New wiring harness and fuse box required.
